2. Program description

Two-way text messaging between members of the Barclay family (and people they authorize) and the family's personal AI assistant, via the Barclay Ventures Assistant text line. Messages include replies to requests, reminders, and task notifications. No marketing messages are sent.

3. How to opt in

Text START (or any first message) to the Barclay Ventures Assistant text line (number listed on the opt-in page). You will receive a confirmation message. See opt-in details.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your requests, typically up to about 100 messages per month.

5. Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

6. Opt out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from the Barclay Ventures Assistant text line. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. To rejoin, text START.

7. Help

Reply HELP to any message from the Barclay Ventures Assistant text line for assistance, or email support at [email protected].

8. Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
